There is a lot of phenomenal life lessons in various media. Some that really jump out at me

Final Fantasy X
Daniel Tiger
etc
So many important life lessons such as:
Dealing with pride
Thinking of others
Self Discovery
Self Rediscovery
Seeing loss
Dealing with loss
Growing from loss
Facing ones mortality in a grand scheme
Emotional processes
Facing and Dealing with youth Trauma
Great and valuable life lessons that either get stepped over because its “kids material” / games or just not being able to experience it because its in a media you don’t or can’t consume.
Id personally recommend people open their ears, minds, and hearts more. Find your empathy and really put in the effort to relate to the materials in front of you, listen to what they're really saying and start applying that to your own life and they will help you grow as a person. I think with the current state of the world, especially america, more and more people need to do this.
